San Francisco, CA, March 07, 2007 -- Intrax Cultural Exchange announced today that Geoff Watson has been appointed President of the company. Geoff has been with Intrax for more than four years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President. In his new role, Geoff will be responsible for AuPairCare, Intrax Career Development, Intrax International Institute, and Intrax Education Abroad. Geoff joined Intrax with an extensive background in management, marketing and entrepreneurship in growth-oriented companies. He also has an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
As part of this transition, Intrax co-founders, John Wilhelm and Takeshi Yokota, will both take on new roles with the organization. Mr. Wilhelm will become Chairman, and will work closely with the executive team on future plans and long-term strategy. Geoff Watson will report directly to Mr. Yokota, who will become Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Mr. Yokota will be responsible for AYUSA International and several corporate service functions.
